The apartment house Demanova is located in the municipality Demanova that is 3 km south-westerly from Liptovsky Mikulas town centre. Demanova is situated in Liptovska Basin (Liptovska kotlina) on the right bank of the creek Demanovka at an altitude of 620 m. The village is spreading along the 1st class road no. 584 connecting Liptovsky Mikulas and Jasna. From the view of tourist traffic and natural beauties this part is situated at the strategic place - at the foot of the Low Tatra Mountains near the well-known winter sports resort Jasna and not far from the water reservoir Liptovska Mara, and the thermal bathing places Besenova and Tatralandia. All in a short distance within 20 km.
